Description
This Southbend 4481EE-6R is a durable, easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. Using liquid propane or natural gas (Please Specify), this Range heats quickly and efficiently. It has three star / saute, two non-clog and two pyromax burners with standard, removable grates. The grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance and its rear burners can hold up to a 14″ stock pot. The standing pilot is available for open top burners and it has a factory installed regulator.
This Range has two space saver ovens. Each oven is a mere 19-1/2″ wide and comes with their own individual rack. The rack can be positioned in two possible ways with the use of their side rails. The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior, making them easier to clean, and a standing pilot. They are capable of reaching temperatures between 175°F to 550°F.
This 4481EE-6R has a primarily stainless steel construction. Its front rail, front, and sides are all made from this sanitary and long-lasting material. It has 6″ legs, adjustable for ideal height and easy leveling.
