The Southbend P36T-ISI is a 36-inch heavy-duty commercial induction range from the Platinum Series, built for high-volume restaurant and foodservice operations that need fast, precise cooking and a code-compliant electric alternative to gas. With four induction elements, a center spreader, and a TruVection convection oven base, it covers the full range of line cooking and baking demands in a single floor-model unit.

- Stainless steel construction throughout, with front and sides finished in #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning in commercial kitchen environments
