The Southbend P36N-III is a 36″ modular commercial induction range from the Platinum heavy-duty series, built for high-volume restaurant, catering, and institutional foodservice operations that require precise electric cooking without an open flame. It delivers 21 kW of total output across six independent hobs, making it a strong fit for line cooking where speed and temperature control are both critical.

- Modular design stands 36″ W x 37-1/2″ D x 19″ H and mounts on a countertop, refrigerated base, freezer base, or as part of a cooking battery — no oven base included with this configuration
- Runs on 240V/60Hz/3-phase power; field convertible to single phase by a qualified technician — verify electrical capacity and phase availability before ordering
- LED power level indicators on each element and an infrared automatic shut-off sensor provide operational feedback and a safety cutoff when no compatible cookware is detected on the surface
