Technician’s Note: The B-3972 is the industry standard for high-volume drainage. During installation, ensure the mounting flange is tightened hand-tight plus a quarter turn to prevent basin leaks. The 2″ NPT outlet also features 1-1/2″ female threads for maximum plumbing flexibility. Regularly inspect the internal plunger seat for food particles that can prevent a watertight seal.
