The T&S Brass HG-2F-48K-FF is a rugged, 48″ gas connector kit designed for high-BTU appliance systems requiring female-to-female thread engagement. Built with a 1-1/4″ NPT diameter, it ensures maximum gas delivery to large cooking batteries and ovens. The kit includes a heavy-duty restraining cable to protect the gas line from accidental over-extension during maintenance. Technician’s Note: This “FF” configuration is ideal for installations where both the supply and equipment manifolds utilize male NPT adapters. Always install the restraining cable to stop appliance movement before the gas hose reaches its full extended length. This protects the manifold threads from mechanical leverage damage.
