The unit offers 2 shelves per door. They are powder coated! Traulsen UPT7230-LL also comes with a thermometer (mounted inside), doors that have self-closing feature and eco-friendly R-134a refrigerant. Traulsen designed tis unit especially for use in busy restaurants and professional kitchens, so it is made completely from stainless steel and aluminum (small part).
