The True Mfg. TMC-34-SS-HC is a 34″ full stainless steel, single sided flip top milk cooler for busy service areas. It holds milk between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using a self-contained refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps conserve energy. Interior stainless steel walls and a reinforced floor support daily loading and cleaning. The cabinet accommodates eight 13″L x 13″D x 11-1/8″H milk crates, letting operators stage product near the point of service and free up space in the main refrigerator. With overall dimensions of 41.6″ H x 34″ W x 33″ D, this cooler provides single sided access suited to restaurants, buffets, and cafeterias.
