Description
The True Mfg. TRCB-36-HC~SPEC3 is a 36-3/8″ refrigerated chef base built to SPEC Package 3. It features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge and two drawers with locks. The drawers accommodate one 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pan and three 1/6 size pans (pans not included). The exterior front, sides, and back are stainless steel, as is the interior. Mobility is provided by 4″ castors. Refrigeration utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP system. Electrical requirements are 115v/60/1-ph, 2.4 amps, and the unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P. This model carries cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listings and is Made in USA. Designed as a compact 36-3/8″ base with SPEC Package 3 components, it pairs stainless construction with locking drawers and defined pan capacity to support organized cold holding at the line.
