Built on a 51-7/8″ base, it features a 60″ one-piece 300 series 18-gauge stainless steel top with a V edge for a continuous, easy-to-clean surface. Two drawers accommodate three 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (not included), keeping contents organized and within reach. The cabinet combines a stainless steel front and sides with an aluminum back, plus an aluminum interior and a stainless steel floor. Mobility comes standard on 4″ castors. Refrigeration utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and connects via a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listed, and it is Made in USA.
