The PST-48-N PRO Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table from Turbo Air is a compact unit with two reach-in refrigerated cabinets offering 12 cu. ft. of storage space in total and a cold bunker with 12 ⅙-size pans for ingredients.
Each cabinet features a locking stainless steel door and a sturdy stainless steel shelf to make organizing items easier. The interior of the reach-in cabinets is always maintained between 33°F ~ 39°F to keep food as fresh as possible. Maintaining this temperature is easily achieved with fans that circulate the cool air and automatically switch off when the door is opened. Locating items inside the cabinets is simple with the bright interior LED lighting.
The cold bunker features an insulated hood and hood lid which can be easily removed for cleaning. The spring-assisted gravity hinge on this lid makes it easy to access the 12 pans for sandwich or salad prep. The ingredients in the cold bunker always stay below 41°F thanks to the forced-air system, this makes sure ingredients stay fresh and easy to access.
A high-density Polyethylene cutting board running the full width of the table makes it simple to make sandwiches and salads.
The ⅕ HP condenser in this prep table keeps things nice and cool efficiently and safely with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The efficiency of the refrigeration system is enhanced further with Turbo Air’s self-cleaning condenser system. This innovative system has a spinning brush that regularly sweeps the condenser to prevent dust and debris from accumulating. A clean condenser allows for superior airflow which also means better heat transfer meaning the refrigeration system has to work less.
This prep table only uses 6.5 amps of standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity at full load and comes with a 10-foot power cord to easily connect it to a power socket. Moving the unit around is simple with the included 4” swivel casters.
