The Turbo Air PST-60-24-D4-N-GL is a two-section prep table designed for efficient sandwich and salad assembly under a glass lid. Measuring 60-1/4″W x 36-3/4″D x 31-3/4″H, it delivers 19.0 cu. ft. of self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser. The cold bunker system and digital temperature control & monitor system help maintain consistent temperatures across (24) 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans, while four drawers provide organized storage for backup ingredients. A 6-1/4″ deep cutting board with side rail supports smooth production and presentation at the line. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized bottom, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor.
