The Turbo Air PST-60-D2R(L)-N PRO Series sandwich/salad unit supports organized, efficient production. A side breathing, rear mount self-contained compressor pairs with a cold bunker system to serve the 16-pan top under a protective hood. The 9-1/2-inch cutting board with side rail creates a dedicated assembly surface at the station. Inside, stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom) with LED interior lighting keep contents visible, while a flexible layout—one solid hinged swing door with lock, one stainless steel shelf, and two drawers—stages ingredients and backups. Digital temperature control and monitor system and fan control streamline checks and adjustments during service. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant round out the refrigeration package. With 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings, and Made in USA construction, it integrates performance, organization, and presentation on the line.
