This one-section, 6.8 cu.ft. model uses self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser to help keep temperatures steady during peak service. A locking solid door with an aluminum door liner and a single shelf provide organized, secure storage, while LED interior lighting makes contents easy to see. Operators can set and monitor cabinet conditions with the digital temperature control & monitor system. The cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom for durability and easy sanitation.
