A cold air compartment chills (8) 1/6 size, 4-inch deep pans beneath an insulated pan cover, while the 9-1/2-inch deep cutting board with side rail provides a stable prep surface. Two drawers, a stainless steel interior and exterior, and a galvanized steel back and bottom are built for daily service. The unit offers 6.5 cu. ft. in a one-section footprint measuring 27-1/2 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 37-5/8 inches high.
