Front breathing airflow supports placement in tight areas, while the two-section design measures 48-1/4″W x 34″D x 39-5/8″H and offers 11.1 cu. ft. of capacity. The top holds (12) 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans beneath an insulated pan cover, and a 9-1/2″ deep cutting board creates a ready-to-use prep surface. Four drawers keep ingredients organized and within reach. A digital temperature control & monitoring system and a cold bunker system help maintain consistent temperatures, and a self-cleaning condenser is equipped for dependable performance.
