The Univex ABDR36 Bun Divider/Rounder can produce up to 5,400 1.2 oz to 3.8 oz pieces per hour. The powerful hydraulics in this unit divide and round each batch of dough into 36 equal weighted and rounded pieces in seven (7) seconds.
Operators can configure the duration of pressing, duration of cutting, and weight of the pieces with the programmable control board. To make sure each and every batch is up to your standards, settings can be saved as presets making quality easy and repeatable. Anyone can be trained to use this device proficiently. Multiple language options on the control panel allow for use by multi-national crews. To keep operators safe dual start buttons are included. This unit comes with three (3) clear 36 division trays for an optimized workflow.
Commercial environments can be demanding on equipment but the painted steel exterior of this unit is easy to maintain and will look good as new for many years. Simple leveling feet are included with this unit if your flooring is uneven. The external measurements of this unit are 26-½” front-to-back, 26-½” in width, and 56-¼” in height. This device uses 220v/60/3-ph power and draws 6.87 amps at full load.
