Powered by V-Core™, this 96-inch, two-section base integrates reliable, self-contained refrigeration to support fast, organized service. Use it on grill, sauté, or fryer stations to stage proteins, fries, and batch-prepped components for immediate use.

Four drawers provide 20.42 cu. ft. of capacity, each accommodating three 12″ x 20″ x 6″ pans (pans not included) for flexible menu setups. Full electronic control lets operators dial in holding temperatures with confidence. A side-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 refrigerant and 3/4 HP refrigeration for cold performance in busy environments.

Built for daily service, the unit features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior that wipes clean.
