Vollum Front-Load / Rear-Load Knock-Down Bakers Rack All Stainless Steel, for 18″× 26″ (Full Size) Bun Sheet Pans
Slide full-size aluminum sheet pans or plastic trays into this built-to-last stainless steel bakery rack, to store and transport food.
Rack ships disassembled. Assembles with hex screws; hex key included.
- All stainless steel
- Slides securely welded to vertical frame tubing
- Horizontal frame tubing on top and in middle of rack
- 5 inch swivel casters, 2 with lock (discs above casters are plastic)
- Pan stopper: Solid stainless vertical bar in 2 diagonal cornersswivels open* or locks into closed position to block trays from sliding out of rack
*Lift, swivel outward and drop to keep in open position.
