The Vulcan C24EA5-PLUS is an Electric Countertop Convection Steamer with 5 5-pan capacity. This convection steamer has a stainless steel exterior and a cooking compartment with coved interior corners. It has a manual control with a 60-minute timer. The high-output stainless steel steam generator has a manual drain and a Smart Drain System with PowerFlush. The heavy-duty door comes with door latch mechanisms. The NPT drain connection measures 1-1/2″. It is shipped for 208/60-50/3 electrical service but can be field converted to 208/60-50/1 and 240/60-50/3 and 240/60-50/1. It comes with a split waterline connection.
