The Vulcan VPT18 pass-thru heated mobile cabinet streamlines high-volume holding and service from prep to the line. It accommodates (18) 18″ x 26″ x 1″ sheet pans or (36) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans, making it a smart fit for banquets, catering routes, and tray lines. Access from both sides keeps food moving without bottlenecks in busy kitchens.
A forced air blower circulates heat evenly, while a recessed control panel protects settings and the analog thermometer reads ambient temperatures up to 190°F. Universal tray slides are included and adjust on 1-1/2 inch centers to match changing menus and pan depths. Operators can quickly configure the cabinet for entrees, sides, and plated items.
Built with a 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, the VPT18 is ready for daily wear in demanding environments. Side mounted push handles and 5″ casters simplify transport between stations, coolers, and serving areas. cULus and UL EPH listi
