Primarily used for soup and stock, the Winco ALST-8 Elemental Aluminum Stock Pot 8 Qt.can also be used to boil pasta and vegetables. Featuring a deep structure, it keeps food properly submerged as it cooks and its wide riveted handles offer a sturdy grip.
This NSF approved stock pot is made of heavyweight aluminum with 4.0 mm thick walls so it provides excellent thermal conduction and its reinforced rim and bottom ensure even heat distribution. In addition, this pot is strong enough to handle heavy-duty use without denting or warping.
