Built with a perforated structure, this steam pan allows excess liquid and condensation to drain out while its anti-jam design prevents it from getting stuck when it is stacked with additional pans.

Constructed from 22 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, this steam pan is rust-resistant and strong enough to handle heavy use without getting warped or bent out of shape. In addition, it has a narrow outer rim that makes it easy to lift and hold.
