Calibration Instructions:
- Fill a cup with ice and top off with cold water. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Insert probe at least 1″ deep for 15 seconds or until temperature stabilizes (avoid touching the sides or bottom).
- If the thermometer does not read 32°F (0°C), use pliers to turn the calibration nut until it does.
