Dial in delicate reductions with the low simmer feature while using the griddle for eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers during peak rush. A 3-1/2″ deep landing ledge supports plating and pan staging, and the stainless shelf and backguard help keep tools and mise en place within easy reach.
Built for daily durability and quick cleanup, the unit features heavy-duty cast iron grates, a porcelain oven interior with one chrome rack, and a 3″ grease trough with a removable grease can and crumb tray. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and kick plate stand up to heavy use, and 6″ legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling. With 183,000 BTU (54 kW), this range powers through high-volume production.
