Description
The Hoshizaki SR60B-8 sandwich top refrigerator streamlines prep on busy lines with a 60-inch, two-section design and 14.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage. Supplied with eight 1/6 pans (4″ deep) and a full set of adapter bars, the top rail supports up to 6″ pan depth. A 10″ D x 1/2″ thick white polyethylene cutting board spans the rail for efficient sandwich, salad, and wrap assembly.
Two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves help stage backup product for fast reloads. A stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior front, sides, and hinged top cover withstand heavy use and routine cleaning. Hot gas condensate removal streamlines cleanup between rushes.
The self-contained, rear-mounted system uses R290 refrigerant and 1/3 HP for dependable holding at the rail. Four 6″ casters (two with brakes) make it easy to roll for cleaning and lock in place during service. A NEMA 5-15P plug enables quick, plug-in setup in your commercial kit
