Description
The Imperial Range IHR-G36-C is a spec series heavy duty gas range with a 36″ wide griddle and a 1″ thick plate. A 4″ wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity streamlines grease collection. The convection oven uses a 1/2 HP blower motor and includes three chrome racks. Manual controls keep operation straightforward for busy kitchens.
Stainless steel front and sides, plus a 5″ deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate, support line setup. Leveling is simple with 6″ legs and adjustable feet. The unit delivers 125,000 BTU (37 kW) and uses a 120v/60, 6.0 amp connection. cETLus, ETL, and NSF listed.
