Description
The Imperial Range IHR-G36-XB from the Spec Series is a gas unit built around a 36″ wide griddle with a 1″ thick plate. Output is rated at 90,000 BTU (26 kW). Manual controls govern operation, and a 5″ deep landing ledge spans the front for convenient access along the cookline.
A 4″ wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity manages runoff from the griddle surface. The base is an open cabinet with a bottom shelf. The exterior has a stainless steel front and sides, plus a backguard and kick plate. The unit stands on 6″ legs with adjustable feet. Listings include cETLus, ETL, and NSF.
