The Lancer 1.5 oz/sec Volumetric Valve 1.5 Self-Serve Lever is the precision fluid management head responsible for mixing syrup and water at the factory-specified brix ratio. Unlike standard valves, this volumetric unit physically measures the fluid flow to ensure perfect ratios and portions every time.
