A broad 48″ W x 30″ D cooking surface and a 1″ thick chrome plate accommodate breakfast rushes, burger builds, and all-day searing. Deploy it on the line to stage proteins, toast buns, and finish sides without slowing service.
Set and maintain target temperatures from 175° to 450°F with a solid state thermostat. Distributed 6000W heating elements every 12 inches energize the plate so you can cook pancakes, eggs, onions, and patties across the surface to match ticket flow.
Built for the rigors of daily service, this unit features a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior. A 5″ tapered wrap-around splash guard and an 8 qt grease drawer support orderly stations and longer runs between pulls. Four-inch stainless legs with 1-5/8″ adjustment simplify leveling on uneven counters.
