Its countertop design houses a spacious 36″ x 21″ polished steel cooking surface, crafted from a robust 3/4” thick plate that evenly distributes heat. Generating 60,000 BTUs, this Toastmaster griddle provides reliable performance for busy kitchens.
Each zone includes thermostatic controls spaced every 12″ to allow fine temperature adjustments, ranging from 150°F to 450°F. Cleanup is hassle-free, thanks to its removable drip tray, splash guard, and front grease trough. Designed for flexibility, this griddle includes a pressure regulator and LP conversion kit. Built with 4″ nickel-plated steel legs for stability, this unit is proudly made in the USA and currently available on clearance.
