Measuring 24″ W x 32.6″ D x 60″ H, this unit offers a 250°F–550°F temperature range to handle day-to-day menu demands.
Built for demanding operations, it includes a stainless steel front, back riser, high shelf, oven handle, and bullnose. High temperature burner knobs with set screw provide secure control, while nickel plated bullet feet support sturdy placement. A porcelain door liner and oven bottom add durable, easy-to-maintain surfaces. Gas connection details include a 3/4 in. gas line, 4 in. W.C. for natural gas, and 10 in. W.C. for LP.
