Drive high-volume line production with a 36″ gas workhorse that combines two star/sauté burners, a 24″ charbroiler on the left, and a convection oven. Deliver fast recovery and throughput with 162,000 BTU of gas power. Optimize station layout without sacrificing capability.
Sear steaks and burgers on the charbroiler while sauces reduce or vegetables sauté on the adjacent burners. Roast, bake, or finish in the convection oven, using the included racks to stage multiple pans. Standing pilot and battery spark ignition simplify starts during busy service.
Keep tools at hand on the 22-1/2″ flue riser shelf, and level the unit easily with the 6″ adjustable legs. Stainless steel front and sides support daily cleaning and a professional line presentation. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
