The right side combines three non-clog burners up front with two pyromax burners in the rear, while the left side carries four non-clog burners for balanced production.
Sear, simmer, and sauté across durable wavy grates, with a standing pilot keeping stations ready to fire. Roast, bake, or finish in the standard oven with battery spark ignition, then stage smallwares or sheet pans in the cabinet base to tighten workflow on the line.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient overhead space for pans and plating, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf and 6-inch adjustable legs support a clean, stable install. Delivering 332,000 BTU and carrying CSA and NSF approvals, this model meets the demands of commercial kitchens and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
