Built for demanding line service, the Southbend 4603AC-3GR combines a 60-inch gas restaurant range with four star/sauté burners and a 36-inch right-side griddle. Simultaneously boil, sauté, and sear while keeping griddle space ready for eggs, pancakes, or burgers. Total input of 228,000 BTU supports high-volume cooking across stations.
A convection oven with battery spark ignition handles baking, roasting, and finishing. The cabinet base keeps sheet pans, sauté pans, or seasonings within arm’s reach to streamline turns. A standing pilot keeps the unit ready to light for consistent start-up.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space without crowding the line. It also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
