Put three front star/saute burners to work for pan sauces and saute orders while two rear pyromax burners handle large stockpots or high-heat tasks. A right-side 24-inch griddle turns out breakfast favorites, burgers, and sandwich components without crowding the burners.
Two standard ovens with battery spark ignition expand throughput for roasting and baking while maintaining momentum on the line. Durable stainless-steel surfaces, a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs support organization, ventilation, and easy leveling, and a standing pilot keeps service-ready heat on demand.
