Built with 16-gauge stainless steel and high-density polyurethane insulation, it holds temperature and stands up to heavy use. A patented self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust buildup to help maintain efficient cooling, while a front-panel digital display lets staff verify 33–38°F holding temps at a glance. Four heavy-duty drawers each accept two full-size, 6-inch-deep pans to organize proteins, mise en place, and prep items right under the line. The side-mounted, self-contained system with front air intake performs well in tight cooklines, and the anti-corrosion coated evaporator enhances durability.
