Description
The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-D4-FB-N is a two-section sandwich/salad mega top unit with front breathing airflow, built to keep prep organized and moving. The 48-1/4 inch stainless steel top features an 18-pan opening, while four drawers provide refrigerated access below. The 11.1 cu. ft. cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus an ABS door liner. A cold air compartment, insulated pan cover, and cutting board side rail support an efficient make-line. Refrigeration is self-contained and rear mounted, using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor. The unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser.
