The self-cleaning condenser and hot gas condensate system support consistent operation, and the self-contained rear mounted refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor. Two stainless steel wire shelves provide organized storage below the pans, and a cutting board side rail supports efficient assembly.
