A spring-balanced, 5-position grip lets operators fine-tune proximity to the burners, dialing in caramelization, color, and doneness with repeatable results. Infrared heat promotes fast recovery and consistent browning across the rack.
Built with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, the VIB2 stands up to daily abuse while simplifying cleanup. 5″ casters help teams reposition the broiler for service changes or deep cleaning, and a 1″ rear gas manifold with regulator streamlines installation.
