A 42″ W x 32″ D deck interior and a single 16-1/4″ high section accommodate pizzas, breads, and sheet-pan roasts without crowding. This footprint helps stage batches efficiently, improving workflow during peak periods.
Built for daily rigor, it features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back, an aluminized steel interior, and a steel deck supported by an angle iron frame. Counter-balanced doors with a heavy chrome handle speed loading and checks, while 19″ stainless steel adjustable legs simplify leveling and cleaning under the oven.
