Description
Drive production with the Peerless CW42B gas deck oven. The double-stacked configuration provides two 7-inch-high sections to bake separate items concurrently. Use the throttling thermostat and 250°F–550°F range to set the right temperature for each task.
Each oven features a 42-inch by 32-inch steel deck interior for contact baking and finishing. Heat is supplied by a “Power-Pak” 4-cell burner system, rated at (2) 60,000 BTU. Steel decks with no pizza stones simplify handling between batches.
Construction details include an aluminized interior, a stainless steel front, and an enamel finish. Adjustable legs assist with leveling during installation. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings align with the needs of commercial foodservice operations.
