Two sections with 42″ W x 32″ D deck interiors provide ample room for pizzas, breads, and full pans while helping stage batches to keep service moving. A total input of 87,000 BTU supports rapid recovery between orders.
Engineered for durability, it features an angle iron frame, a rugged steel deck, and crown angle trim with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back. The aluminized steel interior stands up to daily use, and counter-balanced doors with a heavy chrome handle speed loading and unloading. 7″ stainless steel adjustable legs make leveling simple and improve cleaning access.
A mechanical thermostat (FTDO) spans 200–500°F, allowing operators to set reliable bake or roast temperatures across the menu. Use it to fire pies, finish roasted vegetables, or reheat par-baked items without disrupting the line. Certified cETLus and NSF, it integrates smoothly into commercial workflows.
