A thoughtful burner layout—three star/sauté burners at the front right, two pyromax burners at the rear right, and four star/sauté burners on the left—lets cooks sear, sauté, and manage stock simultaneously without station bottlenecks.
Two standard ovens with battery spark ignition expand capacity for roasting, baking, and finishing, while standing pilots keep the top ready between turns. Use the ovens to stage proteins or sides as the mixed burner array powers sauté pans, sauces, and other high-demand tasks.
A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf organizes pans and smallwares above the work zone.
