The Southbend 4606DD-2CL is a 60-inch gas ultimate restaurant range engineered to move high-volume kitchens efficiently. It combines (3) front star/sauté burners, (2) rear Pyromax burners, a left-side 24″ charbroiler, and (2) standard ovens to support diverse cooking applications. With 333,000 BTU, it drives throughput across sauté, grilling, boiling, and baking stations.
Grill proteins on the charbroiler while the star/sauté burners manage pans and the Pyromax burners power stockpots or rapid-heat tasks. The ovens feature battery spark ignition for quick, consistent starts, while standing pilots keep the cooktop ready for service. This configuration helps tighten workflow on crowded lines and during peak periods.
A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf keeps essentials within reach, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use. Six-inch adjustable legs aid leveling on uneven floors. CSA and NSF listings support compliance, and this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
